Take the MRT to the HongShuLin stop. It’s the one just before Dunshuai. Then take a cab from there up to the pool. Maybe print the back of the flier to give to the cab driver if you don’t speak Chinese.
We don’t recomend driving or taking a cab from Taipei. The traffic past BeiTou is always bad. Even on a scooter or a motorcycle takes a while. Unless you really like driving.
On the MRT it only takes about 35 min all inclusive. You will be there before the urge to kill that screeming kid on the train overtakes you.
